The government does the same crime identifies citizens by his caste , if he belongs to SC / ST gives all facilities , freebies ,  if  citizen belongs to so called upper caste he will not get anything. Government instead of annihilating caste , abolition of caste identification in government transactions has reinforced caste pyramid. It has created hundreds of castes more than Manu. SHAME ? What are the Uniform parameters adopted by government  to assess a caste as forward or backward ? scheduled caste reservation is based on justice to oppressed  classes , based on caste parameters  not economic parameters.
