Nature has given birth to all of us human beings as equals , nobody is superior or inferior. No caste , no religion is great , superior or inferior.
Humanity , equality of all is great. Religious books , religious practices without humanity , equality is waste.
Constitution books & laws enforced without humanity , equality is a waste.
No gandhi , no ambedkar is great. Humanity , Human Rights, equality is great. Both of them practiced double standards in action.
RESERVATION , Caste Discrimination. & Reverse Caste Discrimination by government are all CRIMES , HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.
Every human being has got human rights by birth. No Ambedkar , no Modi , nobody has given it and nobody has authority , right to snatch it away from us.
No Caste , No Human being is neither superior nor inferior. By nature all are Equal with equal human intellect. Therefore in qualifying examinations & interviews fixing low cut off marks for some caste candidates and fixing very high cut off marks for others are Crimes by authorities.
Late Mr. Ambedkar violated our human rights by Caste Reservation Policy and since independence many politicians including our PM Mr Modi violated our human rights by reinforcing caste reservation. All of them are guilty of Human Rights violations , therefore CRIMINALS.

True INDEPENDENCE FREEDOM of a nation is when all it’s citizens are treated as EQUALS. Otherwise all big talks , independence day functions are sham.
We wish all our fellow countrymen a Happy Independence Day but SHAME to powers that be , casteist politicians who have divided us on caste lines.
At one end even after 80 years of independence poor Dalits , tribals , poor people of all castes and religions are suffering atrocities at the hands of powers that be.
On the other end powers that be have woven fake narratives , stories attributing responsibility of all atrocities to Brahmins & forward castes.
Government , Politicians to secure huge Dalits vote banks have divided citizens on caste basis , pampered favoured Dalits with many benefits , freebies and treating Dalits as SUPER CITIZENS.
While the same government has suppressed , crushed so called forward caste people to ground , treating them as INFERIOR CITIZENS.
Is this independence ? Freedom ?
Look at the history of contributions of forward caste , OBC people to India's freedom struggle. Many upper caste freedom fighters were hanged to death , many sent to Andaman cellular Jail by britishers.
How many Dalit freedom fighters were hanged or sent to Andaman cellular Jail by britishers.
What is the true contribution of Ambedkar & Dalits to India's freedom struggle ?
Many Dalits on social media claim majority judges in supreme court of India are upper caste , so they are not getting justice. Then in thousands of taluk courts , district courts there are thousands of dalit , Reserved munsiffs judges , district judges , on top of it there are lakhs of Dalits , Reserved people in quasi judicial posts like magistrates , commissioners , police officers , what about justice to upper castes in their hands ? Discrimination ?
Many Dalits on social media state dalit phd scholars were discriminated by their upper caste guide , professor. There are thousands of dalit professors in universities , what about upper caste phd students in their hands ?
In jantar mantar Delhi police allowed cockroach party protest comprising Dalit activists even though protesters were hurling vulgar abuses against ministers , prime minister and clashed with police injuring police. But same police didn't allow peaceful protest by upper caste anti reservation activists. Instead police lathi charged them. Why this caste discrimination ?
Mr Ajeeth Bharathi and his family , brahmin community received vulgar abuses by Dalits. When Mr.Bharathi replied to that dalit abuser , he was slapped with SC ST act. No action against Dalit abuser. Is it not caste discrimination ?
Whether caste reservation based on social status of caste only ?
Then why economic freebies like financial grants , special scholarships , free hostel , low eligibility marks , low cut off marks , more number of attempts , higher age relaxation , etc are given to scheduled caste candidates , why ?
On what scientific basis ? Low IQ , Low Intelligence ? Nature has produced us all the same without any discrimination. Why disparity by government?
Governments give special financial grants , special Medical benefits to scheduled castes patients , why ?
Why discrimination by government? Are not lives of all people equally important irrespective of caste, religion? Diseases , viruses doesn't discriminate Persons before attacking them.
When a non SC caste person abuses a SC person verbally or physically taking his caste name it is a crime and abuser is punished.
Whereas when a SC person abuses a non SC person verbally , physically by taking his caste name , no action by government. Is it not double standards?
Making hate speeches against caste , religion is a crime. Burning religious books are a crime.
Then why no action taken against many persons including ambedkar , periyar who burnt hindu religious books? Why no actions against dalit people making derogatory comments against other castes , Hinduism?
If Manu smriti is biased , unjust just put it aside don't consider it in governance , why burn it. As per same logic writings of ambedkar , periyar is also biased , ambedkar constitution is biased , Bible, Quran too has biases , many shortcomings , then is it right to burn those too? Will dalits dare to burn those?
Government is an ideal employer.
Then why special promotion to SC employees based on caste alone?
As per dalits statements Buddhism, Christianity are ideal religions without discrimination.
Then after dalits getting converted to Buddhism, Christianity why government gives them reservation benefits?
Caste discrimination of SC person based on his caste is a crime.
Then what about discrimination of left hand dalits , safai karmacharis by right hand dalits. Why no action taken by government against guilty right hand dalits?
Dalits always make derogatory comments against Hinduism, hindu dieties , hindu practices ?
Then why they want to enter temples without respect for it ?
Then why they want to work as priests in few rich temples only , they can also work in lakhs of temples for existing wages which is a fraction of government mandated minimum wages.
Dalits make derogatory comments against hindu temples , but take government benefits funded by temple money. Are not these double standards of dalits?
By celebrating victory of Bhima koregoan battle are dalits & government celebrating victory of our oppressors , britishers?
Did Ambedkar participate in india's freedom struggle ? Imprisoned ?
Based on ambedkar's correspondence with british government did he favour british rule ?
With regards to eminent individuals What are the parameters , criteria followed by government for erecting statues in public places , declaring holiday , government functions honouring eminent individuals?
We can erect numerous ambedkar statues , busts in India while few or nil statues , busts of individuals who contributed more to india's freedom.

For thousands of years our country Bharatha was ruled by Dalits mourya kings , nanda kings , ST & OBC kings , emperors. Those kings were brave , physically well built , knowledge wise well versed in scriptures , laws. Some kings were poets , literators , playwrights.
For few centuries muslim Mughals , christian Britishers ruled our Bharatha. As per british gazette before independence there were many Dalit , ST , OBC students in traditional gurukuls and also there were Dalit , ST , OBC teachers in gurukuls.
Even in our constituent assembly at the cusp of independence there were highly educated Dalit members , highly educated women Dalit members in the Indian parliament.
In this backdrop Answer with facts not fake stories , no fake narratives :
How come water was denied for dalits ? Who all denied it ?
How come Dalits were denied education ?
How come women got access to education by Ambedkar only after independence ?
Since thousands of years till date in more than 50% of temples including gram devatha temples in India , priests are SC , ST , OBC. How come entry is denied by upper caste priests in these temples ? Where is manuvad ?
Fine manuvad divided hindus into four varnas , bad. Whereas ambedkarvad divided hindus into thousands of castes , is it right ?

His birthday is a government holiday and officially celebrated by government. All these at tax payer's expense. Fine. There are numerous other freedom fighters who sacrificed more for the country than ambedkar like subhash chandra bose , bhagath singh , sardar Patel, maulana azad , lala Lajpat rai , etc. But no government holidays for their birth days , comparatively their celebrations are not grand , naming roads , land Mark's in their names is less , statues , busts , photos of them are quite less in number than Ambedkar's. Give us details of criteria , parameters followed by government for declaring holiday , naming land Mark's, erecting statues , etc. Reasons for disparity.
