An appeal to supreme court of india
Everybody must respect all religions & castes. Nobody is great , superior or inferior. All are equals.
Just like britishers present law courts and governments are practicing double standards. Is it fair ?
When a Muslim comes to SCI seeking justice , will SCI ask him to ask ALLAH ?
When a dalit comes to SCI seeking justice , will SCI ask him to ask BUDDHA or JESUS (based on his conversion ) ?
We respect all religions , all human beings. It must be reciprocated.

Why is Chief Justice Gavai under fire, why are people calling for his impeachment?
Chief Justice of India BR Gavai has sparked a major controversy after telling a petitioner seeking restoration of a damaged Lord Vishnu idol to "go and ask the deity itself to do something," a remark widely criticised as mocking Hindu faith. The backlash has triggered online calls for his impeachment, with critics accusing him of disrespecting religious sentiments and the dignity of the judiciary.
Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai is facing one of the sharpest backlashes against a sitting CJI in recent memory with hashtags demanding his impeachment trending online, lawyers writing letters of protest, and angry accusations that he “mocked” Hindu faith from the country’s top judicial bench.
The controversy began with just one line. During a hearing on a plea to restore a 7-foot beheaded idol of Lord Vishnu in Madhya Pradesh, CJI Gavai told the petitioner: “Go and ask the deity itself to do something now.”
That remark, delivered in open court ignited a firestorm. What was, in the Chief Justice’s view, a straightforward matter of jurisdiction under the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), was interpreted outside court as ridicule of religious faith. For critics, it crossed a red line and they demanded nothing less than impeachment.
WHAT DID BR GAVAI SAY
The remarks that sparked a storm were made during a hearing on September 16 while hearing a plea to restore of a 7-foot beheaded ancient idol of Lord Vishnu at the Javari temple in Madhya Pradesh.
Go and ask the deity itself to do something now. You say you are a staunch devotee of Lord Vishnu. So go and pray now. It’s an archaeological site and ASI needs to give permission etc. Sorry

CALLS FOR IMPEACHMENT
Several social media users slammed the CJI for his remarks and even called for his impeachment, calling his remarks a disgrace to the judiciary. Several lawyers also wrote to Gavai, asking him to issue a clarification and withdraw his comments.
"Is BR Gavai not the CJI of 1 billion Hindus of India as well?
CJI GAVAI'S CLARIFICATION
As the criticism continued for two days, the CJI on Thursday clarified that his comments were misrepresented and stressed that he "respects all religions."
During the hearing of another matter, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that in today’s times “every action has a disproportionate social media reaction,” while senior advocate Kapil Sibal called social media “an unruly horse” that cannot be tamed.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice said, "Someone told me the other day that the comments I made have been posted on social media... I respect all religions."
Slamming the social media comments, the Solicitor General said, "This is serious. We used to know Newton's law that every action has an equal reaction, now every action has disproportionate social media reaction."
