Please give me information about following under RTI Act :

1. Details of action taken against SCI judges  Ranjan Gogoi,  swatantra kumar , Ganguly , Judges involved  in  roost resort sex scandal on charges of sexual  harassment against women. If not reasons for it. Please give me FIR number of each case.

2. List of  public servants  present and past  MPs , IAS & IPS officers, etc   with citizenship of foreign countries in addition to indian citizenship. Also give me list of public servants with spouses of foreign origin.

3. Details of action taken against SCI judge deepak mishra in medical college case , kalikho pul death statement. President of India  Pranab mukherjee was also accused by kalikho  pul. If not reasons for it.

4. Details of our present MPs , IAS & IPS officers facing criminal  charges .

5. Details of  action  taken regarding  charges made by CBI director Alok verma against his deputy Rakesh Asthana and vice versa. If not reasons for it.

6. Details of action taken against police who are aiding underworld don dawood ibrahim. If not reasons for it.

7. Details of action taken against reliance industries in relation to document leak in power , petroleum , coal  ministries. If not reasons for it.

8. Details of action taken against journalists,  lobbyists involved in Radia tape. If not reasons for it.

9. Does Smt.Sonia Gandhi & Shri.Rahul Gandhi have citizenship of foreign countries in addition to indian citizenship. Details please.

10. Does  delhi police use third degree torture against detainees.

11. Details of action taken against  public servants , ministers who aided terrorism at the expense of public exchequer. If not  reasons for it.

To my previous requests  , your department officials have  not  given  information  requested  and  gave elusive replies, partial information.  Sharing of information leads to crime & criminals. Denial of information under various pretexts  aids  criminals in crime cover ups , which is one more crime. The official who withheld information fully or partially becomes a criminal himself.

Please give me information about following under RTI Act :  

List of action taken against police and other department officials involved in bellary mining scam as reported by Honourable Karnataka lokayukta Justice Santhosh Hegde.

List of action taken against advocates and police responsible for  riots in city civil court bengaluru.

List of  action taken against police officials involved in dacoity at yelwal mysuru. 

List of action taken  against police officials involved in lottery scam ?  

List of  action taken  against STF police personnel who illegally tortured innocent tribals in MM hills during operation veerappan. 

List of  action taken against police officials who tortured , lathi charged innocent old people , pregnant women  during  mahadayi protests.  

List of  action taken against parappana agrahara jail officials colluding with  criminals / jail inmates as mentioned in report by DIG Roopa.  

Give me the list of police officials facing corruption , criminal charges with their names and posting.

Paying guest accommodation has mushroomed every where in bangalore & mysore. Some PGs resemble hotels / lodges. KPSC scams are frequent and list of police officials in service whose recruitment process itself is in question before judiciary. 

Police frequently conduct raids on jails unearthing weapons, mobiles,  drugs. It is not possible without connivance of jail police. Details of  jail raids conducted in last 30 years and  list of  action taken by police in each case against jail officials.

Please give us the break up  numbers  of police stations in karnataka having  working CCTV connection and stations without CCTV connection. Details of police stations not having working CCTV connection or no CCTV at all.

Most of the times common people are orally summoned to police stations , enquiry,  detention  not recorded in station diary. This facilitates few guilty police to escape legal prosecution in cases of third degree torture & lock up deaths. List of  actions government has taken to prevent oral summons  , illegal detentions and third degree torture of innocents by police.

Some senior police officers were not aware of the working of the CCTV system

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) chairperson on Thursday expressed concern that police in several states and Union Territories were still not fully complying with the 2018 Supreme Court direction for the installation of CCTV cameras having audio recording and night vision at every police station with an 18-month storage of recordings.

Justice Arun Mishra was chairing a meeting to discuss the measures to be taken to ensure the proper working of CCTVs at police stations with data backup.

NHRC inspections at police stations in the Delhi-NCR found:

■ Many CCTV cameras installed by the police headquarters were not found in working condition.

■ Some senior police officers were not aware of the working of the CCTV system

■ CCTV cameras were not installed at appropriate locations

■ There was no dedicated CCTV monitoring system in the police stations.

■ The standard data storage period for CCTVs in all police stations was 15-75 days (without audio)

■ There was no budgetary provision for maintenance of CCTV cameras

■ No SHO carried out periodic review of footage from CCTV cameras to check for human rights violations.

■ None of the SHOs had any knowledge regarding district-level oversight committees, periodic maintenance and upkeep of CCTV cameras and allied equipment and also budget provisions
